It’s time to ditch rote memorization.
Let me help you improve your grades, retain information long after the test, and ditch rote memorization for good.
Do you think of memorizing as a chore?
If so, I don’t blame you. We’re taught from early on that if you want to memorize something (from poetry to scientific formulas) we have to repeat it over and over again until it sticks. Unfortunately, rote memorization is not only boring but it doesn’t work very well!
Check out the videos above for a look into the way I memorize. It’s time-tested (this is how Roman orators memorized speeches and how Thomas Aquinas memorized entire books), science-backed, and just plain fun!
About me:
I’ve been memorizing things since the first play I performed in back in kindergarten. While I’ve refined my techniques a bit since then, the principles of how to memorize something effectively are the same if you’re 5 or 105- turn information into meaningful and vibrant pictures. While a student at the University of Notre Dame, I got to share these techniques with my peers when several different professors invited me to guest lecture to their classes. I’ve worked with middle schoolers and MBA students and am confident that I can help you memorize more information in less time!
